Bag Searches/ID Checks

For your security we reserve the right to carry out ID checks and bag searches on the entrances to the festival. ID checks will also take place at the bars. This is a licensing requirement. IDs accepted will be:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Citizen Card

Tickets

On confirmation of booking you will be sent an email containing your E-Tickets. These need to be presented on entrance to the site. Our staff will scan them to allow admittance. Not they can be printed or shown on a mobile phone. Each barcode is unique and cannot be used again or transferred. If you present tickets that have already been used, you will be refused entry or be required to purchase additional tickets.

At scanning you will be given your wrist bands for entry. Everyone MUST wear a wristband including children. 

Refunds

There will absolutely be no refunds given on the door. If you would like a refund, you will need to email [email protected] and request one. Note refunds are at our discretion. 

Camping

Those who purchase camping with their tickets will be permitted onto the camping field from 10:30am on the day of the festival and must be cleared by 10:30am on Sunday. Not camping is bought as a pitch only for one car & tent or one motor home. There is no electricity. There will be toilets onsite for campers and Cedars Cafe will be open Sunday morning for coffee and bacon sarnies.

Note - you are not permitted to have a BBQ or an open fire.

Where do I park?

Campers can park next to their cars. Non campers will be able to park on the field adjacent to the festival, and its free.

Can I bring my Dog?

We are a dog friendly site. However there are rules. 1. Dogs must be on leads at all times. 2. Mess must be picked up and deposited in the nearest bin. 3. We have the right to request you remove the dog from site, should we request it.

Can I perform?

If you are interested in performing at the festival or carrying out a cooking demo then please drop [email protected] an email. 

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes you can but they will be more expensive so do buy them in advance.

Can I bring glass on to the site?

No! We are strictly glass free. Glass is not allowed.

Can I bring my own drink on to the site?

You are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the main festival site. Only alcohol bought at the festival may be consumed. If you are a camper, you may drink within the campsite but will not be able to bring alcohol into the festival area. If we find anyone to be drinking alcohol that they have sneaked onto site we will ask them to leave.

Can I get a taxi to/from the festival?

Taxi's can drop off in our quad area which is close to the main entrance. Beavers Taxis based outside Sherborne station are easily available. Booking in advanced is advised. 

Are their disabled facilities?

Yes, our site is step free so wheel chair friendly (please be advised the festival is on a field). Please notify is advance if you are bringing a wheelchair as we can make sure parking is as close as possible to the field. We are dog friendly so guide/alert dogs are absolutely welcome. There are also two disable toilets on site. 

What facilities are on site?

  • Cedars Cafe (serving delicious coffee from Reads based in Sherborne)

Children

We cannot be held responsible for anyone's children, therefore all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible guardian over the age of 21 who is present and on site throughout their duration. Anyone trying to get onsite who is under 18 and who isn't accompanied by an adult will not be permitted to enter. One over 21 year old can only be responsible for four under 18s.

Opening times

Camping site will be open from 10:30am for campers only. Our festival gate will open at 12:00 noon. The site closes by midnight with the last act finishing at 23:45. Those camping will need to leave on the Sunday morning no later than 10:30am

  • Glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Drones
  • Lasers or sparklers
  • Silly string
  • Fireworks
  • BBQs
  • No open fires

Can I smoke?

You are not permitted to smoke anywhere on site, this includes vapes. if you are caught smoking you may be asked to leave the site. 

Seating areas

There is no seating provided so please bring your own if you wish, failing that a nice blanket on the grass will do just as good. Note there are limited shaded areas so we do recommend that you bring some sun protection. It can get really hot.
