Leweston Leisure is the schools hub for sports, exercise and wellbeing. We have extensive facilities indoors and outdoors that can cater for most sports and activities, including a multipurpose sports hall, 25m heated indoor swimming pool, MUGA courts and Astro. We have excellent partnerships with Bath Rugby Club, Pentathlon GB and many others. Throughout the year Leweston School hosts many regional and national sporting events showing we can deliver on the biggest of scales.

We are excited to announce the return of Tai Chi!

Join us for a 6 week course starting on Tuesday, 1 March, 6pm to 7pm. Learn how to perform a Tai Chi routine that benefits your health and wellbeing. AQUATOTS

Unfortunately the Leweston Pool is currently closed but we are hoping Aquatots will be back after half term.

For parents and toddlers 3 months to 4 years – Wednesday mornings (term time only)

Introduce your baby to swimming through play and build water confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

Due to the popularity of Aquatots, we now have two sessions every Wednesday morning, during term time.

Exercise Classes

 Please read below for a brief description of each of our classes:

TAI CHI

This class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi, also called Tai Chi Chuan, is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Will be returning on 1 March!

SPIN CLASS

Spin classes are a fantastic way to lose weight. With motivational music and encouraging leaders, spinning is not only fun and energising but can help burn fat, increase cardiovascular health and burn hundreds of calories in every session!

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp classes are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises to promote weight loss, endurance, strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Class will use body weight exercises, yoga and running bursts. They’re fun, energising and suitable for all.

BOXERCISE

This accredited Boxercise class will put your body to the test and you’ll be sure to quickly feel the full-body benefit of an intense workout! Led by Craig from Communifit, this class is suitable for all abilities – just take it at your own pace.

Swimming Sessions

Unfortunately the Leweston Swimming Pool is currently closed to replace the pool filter with
a brand new system that will safeguard the pool’s usage for the future.
A new building is going to be constructed to house the new filter system.

We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused but
we are hoping the pool will be back in action by half term.

Tennis Courts

Tennis courts are available to hire at £5 per court, per hour.
