Friday 3rd Dec, saw over 45 stalls pitch up at Leweston School for the annual Christmas Fair. The first to happen since the pandemic started.
With stalls ranging from booze to baubles, cushions to chopping boards, the fair had it all. We even had Christmas trees for sale at the front of the Manor House greeting all attendees with the smell of festive firs.
The day itself was a hit, with the school driveway at max capacity and a constant and steady flow of people coming to do their festive shopping. People came out in large numbers, looking for those unique and quirky gifts. It was amazing to see such wonderful support for local businesses and producers. Cedars café was also a massive hit with the public and I would like to offer a shout out to the café staff who kept all the guests warm and well fed.
A massive thank you to Sarah Hull for coordinating the fair and managing it on the day.
